We’ll provide the digital marketing services included in your chosen subscription package. This may include (depending on package level):

• Brand strategy and messaging

• SEO and website optimisation

• Analytics and reporting

• Community engagement

• Launch and campaign planning

• Ad campaign management

• Trend spotting and creative support

2. Your Commitment to Us

To get the best results, you agree to:

• Provide any required information, content, or approvals on time

3. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Payment is due on the same date each month.

• Prices depend on your chosen package: The Debut, The Comeback, or The Performance.

• Late or missed payments may result in paused services until the balance is cleared.

4. Terms & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are ongoing (month-to-month) unless otherwise agreed.

• You may cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. Scope & Boundaries

• Services included are limited to your chosen package.

• Requests outside of package scope (e.g. extra platforms, additional campaigns, custom projects) will be quoted separately.

• We are not liable for results outside our control (e.g. platform algorithm changes, third-party issues, unexpected external factors).

We respect your brand and business. All sensitive information shared with us will remain confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

• Content we create for you is yours to use once full payment has been received.
