Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 26th November 2024 This policy governs Code 143’s 1-1 consultation services. By booking a session, you ("Client") agree to the terms outlined below: 1. Service Overview Code 143 offers personalised digital marketing consultations tailored to your business needs, including branding, content optimisation, SEO, and strategy development. 2. Booking and Payment Booking: Book via email at code143.creative@gmail.com or through our website. Availability is confirmed upon booking. Fee: Consultations are included in select subscription packages. Additional sessions require a subscription upgrade or a fee of £250 per session / 60 minutes. Payment Methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Subscription Clients: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid losing a session. Late cancellations may be rescheduled within the same subscription month (subject to availability). - One-Off Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable. Late cancellations may be rescheduled at Code 143’s discretion. - Rescheduling: Requests must be made 12 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. Code 143 Cancellations: If Code 143 cancels, clients can choose a reschedule or full refund. 4. Session Format Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or in person (by agreement). Links will be sent upon confirmation. 5. Confidentiality All client information is confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law. 6. Scope and Limitations Consultations are advisory and provide actionable recommendations. Code 143 is not responsible for implementation outcomes. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are issued per the cancellation policy. No refunds are given for completed sessions. 8. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
